Planning scope and allowances

Equipment rental blocks

Count actual supplier billing blocks, including extra pickup or return days.

Booked crew hours per day

Includes setup, breaks and wrap. Short calls retain the full stated 8-hour or 10-hour booking allowance; no automatic hourly discount.

Camera planning mode

Each video camera has its own operator and each photography camera its own photographer in the default mode.

Lighting selection

Package allowances and individual fixtures are alternatives for the same setup. Fixture-only estimates need stands, modifiers, power and crew scoped separately.

Source-file delivery

Original photos: from $100; Original footage: from $200; Photos + footage: from $300. One consolidated handoff up to 250 GB; existing raw aerial inclusion is credited automatically.

Travel plan

Driving can estimate a mileage component. Travel labor and accommodation need a quote.

Round-trip road miles per vehicle per trip

All entered miles are counted at $1.00–$1.25 per vehicle mile. Any supplier local allowance is reconciled in the written quote. Drive hours are never converted into distance.

Number of round trips per vehicle

Count each journey once; this is not multiplied by production days.

Travel-only days

Separate days without a production booking; labor quoted by person and supplier terms.

Nights per room

Hotel rates, flights, meals, freight, parking and tolls are quote-required.

Choose camera quantities. Each video camera automatically adds one operator, a standard lens allocation and a tripod. Each photography camera adds one photographer and a standard capture kit. The itemization shows every included component once. A separate DP is an additional creative role in this mode.

Choose the SM7B microphone quantity under Cameras, sound & equipment, then allocate exactly one mount per microphone below. Each channel includes the microphone, one mount, cable and headphones. Recorder/interface and sound operation are separate. Tabletop quantities fill automatically when you change the mic count; adjust the mount mix to suit your set.

A low-profile or tall desk arm replaces the included tabletop stand. Any net upgrade is quoted after that credit. Extra tabletop stands in the equipment list are independent spares.

The mileage line is a retail planning component, not an all-in travel price or reimbursement rate. A professional five hours away may need separate travel days and overnight accommodation. Local crew may reduce travel requirements.

Original-file formats and scope

Optional source delivery adds usable retained camera originals from the selected capture, organized by source/date with a file inventory and copy check. Storm's allowance covers one booked shoot, one digital destination and one delivery up to 250 GB total, including a combined photo/video handoff. Larger volumes, multiple shoot dates, drives/shipping and later archive retrieval are quoted separately. Format, file count, delivery date and download window are confirmed before booking. Photo originals are RAW or JPEG as recorded, without retouching or conversion; actual RAW capture must be agreed before the shoot. Unretouched JPEGs are not RAW files. A separate JPEG gallery or RAW-to-JPEG conversion is quoted after scope review. Camera-original footage uses the recorded resolution and codec; it is not necessarily RAW video. Recorded source audio from the same selected video session may accompany it. No edit, synchronization, color grade, noise cleanup, proxies or format conversion is included; compatible software may be required. Finished photo counts, films, clips, episode runtimes and revision rounds stay unchanged. This addition does not remove editing or provide an editing credit. Editable project files, application catalogs and migrations are separate quotes. The agreed usage license remains; copyright transfer and third-party assets, fonts, plugins and music licenses are not included by this option. Test, duplicate, failed or corrupt captures are not promised. Custom drone capture already includes its agreed aerial raw files. Charge no additional handoff fee for those same files. A mixed ground/drone booking charges only for the selected ground originals not already included; do not also add a general delivery-preparation expense for the same work.

Rates may change before a written quote is accepted due to market rates, location, crew and equipment availability, demand, and project scope. Travel, permits, venue hire, taxes and items marked “quote required” are additional unless itemized. Your written quote confirms the complete scope, price and validity period. Accepted quotes follow their agreed terms; scope changes are agreed in writing.
