One venue and an agreed timeline, with a separate 30-minute planning call. This is highlight-led coverage; uninterrupted ceremony or speech recording requires a custom quote. Crew follows the selected coverage window.

Your selected setup determines the crew, equipment and any photo quantity. Extra camera angles do not increase finished video counts or runtime.

Longer capture keeps the listed finished deliverables, selected-photo quantities and revision limits. Additional films, episodes, clips, subjects or locations require a revised quote. Extended source volume may change delivery dates; your quote confirms the schedule. Planned duration is not authorization for an unscheduled overrun.

Optional original files

Optional source delivery adds usable retained camera originals from the selected capture, organized by source/date with a file inventory and copy check. Storm's allowance covers one booked shoot, one digital destination and one delivery up to 250 GB total, including a combined photo/video handoff. Larger volumes, multiple shoot dates, drives/shipping and later archive retrieval are quoted separately. Format, file count, delivery date and download window are confirmed before booking.

Photo originals are RAW or JPEG as recorded, without retouching or conversion; actual RAW capture must be agreed before the shoot. Unretouched JPEGs are not RAW files. A separate JPEG gallery or RAW-to-JPEG conversion is quoted after scope review.

Camera-original footage uses the recorded resolution and codec; it is not necessarily RAW video. Recorded source audio from the same selected video session may accompany it. No edit, synchronization, color grade, noise cleanup, proxies or format conversion is included; compatible software may be required.

Finished photo counts, films, clips, episode runtimes and revision rounds stay unchanged. This addition does not remove editing or provide an editing credit. Editable project files, application catalogs and migrations are separate quotes. The agreed usage license remains; copyright transfer and third-party assets, fonts, plugins and music licenses are not included by this option. Test, duplicate, failed or corrupt captures are not promised.

Revisions

2 consolidated rounds. Two consolidated rounds on the main film within the agreed story. Both clips follow the approved film and share one consolidated minor adjustment within those rounds. Optional photography includes one consolidated color/crop correction round. New selections, extensive retouching and reshoots are extra.

Estimated turnaround

First draft: 15–20 business days. Revisions per round: 3–5 business days. After the event and receipt of required branding/assets; each revision round adds its stated turnaround. These are planning references. Longer capture can change the editing schedule; delivery dates are confirmed with the selected duration and source volume in your quote. Optional photos: delivery within 15–20 business days after capture and any required client selections; confirmed in your quote.

• Additional venues, coverage hours, backup crew or deliverables beyond the selected scope

Available package options

These are alternative selections. Your chosen setup determines the estimate and scope; optional coverage is not included unless selected.

Aerial scope when selected

Aerial quantities are additional to the selected ground photo/video deliverables. Video options deliver six separate clips, not an additional film. Integration into the existing package film is within its original runtime and agreed brief. Longer ground coverage or drone booking does not add aerial outputs.

A dedicated qualified Part 107 pilot and suitable aircraft for one agreed outdoor property or venue, up to 5 acres and one primary building. Booking includes site briefing, setup, battery changes, safe capture opportunities and wrap; it is not continuous flight time. Ground operators remain separate. Weather, airspace, access, pilot availability and safe conditions are confirmed before booking. Establishing shots are planned clear of guests and crowds. No guaranteed flight or specific aerial moment. Operations over people or moving vehicles, night flights, indoor/FPV, multiple properties, large sites, surveying, mapping, thermal/inspection reports and cinema-drone rigs require separate review and quote. The pilot decides whether flight can proceed; weather/access alternatives, rescheduling and any additional mobilization are agreed in the written quote. Aerial photos receive color/exposure/crop finishing; clips receive selection, trimming and basic color finishing, without synchronized location audio. One consolidated correction round, no reshoots or new selections. Aerial outputs are delivered in 5–7 business days after capture and required assets; revisions 2–3 business days. Quote confirms usage, schedule and any travel or observer costs.
